30-day money-back guarantee

LanBid, operated by ProGini, Inc., offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date or the start of a new billing cycle.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends with no payment taken.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@lanbid.com with the email address used at checkout and a brief reason for the request. We process payments through Stripe and will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period and then ends. Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period — request a refund as described above if you are within the 30-day window.
